Shrub Bed Pre-Emergent

Our Pre-Emergent program actually prevents weed seeds from germinating in your shrub bed. With our treatment applied at the right times during the year, you will notice the decrease of weeds in your shrub beds.

  1. February to March: Pre-emergent herbicide applied to shrub beds.
  2. June to July: Pre-emergent herbicide applied to shrub beds. Spot spray weeds.
  3. October to November: Pre-emergent herbicide applied to shrub beds. Spot spray weeds.

This program will not control perennial weeds that germinate in the beds. We will spray these with a post-emergent herbicide after they come up. Sometimes it takes a full season to see good results.
